I am a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, reiki practitioner and hype-woman cheerleader.

I have hosted women's retreats in Mexico, Mallorca and Byron Bay with many more on the horizon.

My greatest mission in life is to be the embodiment of joyful service and inspiration to this earth before I leave.
