1. Consent and Respect

1.1 By participating in this women's circle, you agree to engage in respectful and supportive behavior towards all participants and facilitators.

1.2 You have the right to participate in discussions and activities at your comfort level. You may also choose to refrain from certain activities without explanation.

1.3 Any sharing of personal experiences or emotions during the circle is voluntary. Participants are not obligated to disclose information they are uncomfortable sharing.

2. Confidentiality

2.1 All discussions and information shared during the women's circle are confidential. Participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of fellow participants both during and after the event.

2.2 Participants should not share personal stories or information outside of the circle without explicit permission from the individual(s) involved.

3. Content Usage

3.1 Organizers may document the event through photography, audio, or video recordings. By participating, you consent to the use of such recordings for promotional or educational purposes related to the women's healing circle.

3.2 Personal identifiers will be removed from any public-facing materials unless express consent is obtained from the participant.

4. Liability Waiver

4.1 Participation in the women's healing circle is voluntary, and participants acknowledge that engaging in discussions or activities carries inherent risks.

4.2 Organizers and facilitators are not liable for any physical, emotional, or psychological injuries or discomforts experienced during or after the event.

5. Respect for Boundaries

5.1 Participants are encouraged to communicate their boundaries and limits clearly during the event. Respect for individual boundaries is paramount.

5.2 Any behavior that compromises the safety or well-being of others will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

6. Accessibility

6.1 Organizers strive to create an accessible environment for all participants. Please inform us in advance of any specific accommodations you may require.

7. Changes and Cancellations

7.1 Organizers reserve the right to modify event details or cancel the women's circle due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

8. Agreement

8.1 By participating in the women's circle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
