Thank you for choosing to walk this path with me. The Feminine Formula is a deeply intuitive, somatic, and energetic journey — one rooted in devotion, truth, and nervous system safety. In order to honour the sacredness of this space and the shared commitment between us, please read the following terms and sign to acknowledge your understanding and consent.

1. Scope of Work

I understand that Alice May Redmond facilitates somatic healing, breathwork, energy work, feminine embodiment, and spiritual mentorship. These offerings are non-clinical in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace any medical or psychological support.

2. Personal Responsibility

I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for my emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being throughout this journey. I understand that this work supports deep transformation, and I take full responsibility for how I show up and integrate what I receive.

3. Not a Replacement for Therapy

I understand that The Feminine Formula is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or professional mental health treatment. If I am in crisis or experiencing ongoing trauma, I agree to seek appropriate care from a qualified provider.

4. Confidentiality

I understand that everything shared in our private sessions and community spaces will be treated with care and confidentiality, with the exception of legal obligations related to safety or harm.

5. Results & Outcomes

I understand that no specific outcomes are guaranteed. This is a co-creative space. Alice does not act as a "healer" or “fixer,” but rather as a guide and mirror — offering tools, insight, and energetic support for me to return home to my own inner wisdom and power. The depth of this experience depends on my willingness to be honest, present, and self-responsible.

6. Live Call & Participation Agreement

I understand that my presence in live calls (or replays if I can’t attend live) supports my integration and growth. I commit to engaging with the content, practices, and group space in integrity, knowing the depth I receive is in direct proportion to how I show up.

7. Cancellation & Scheduling Policy

All live group sessions will be recorded and shared for replay access. If I have a 1:1 bonus or session included in my plan, I agree to give at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited.

8. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

All sales are final. There are no refunds once the program has begun.
If I am on a payment plan, I understand I am committing to the full amount, regardless of my level of participation. This is not a trial or drop-in container.
Payment plans are offered to support accessibility — not flexibility in commitment.
Exceptions due to emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 5 days of enrollment, at Alice’s discretion.

9. Indemnity & Liability

I understand that I am voluntarily engaging in this journey and agree to release and hold harmless Alice May Redmond from any and all claims, losses, or consequences that may arise. I take full responsibility for my choices, interpretations, and experiences during and after this program.

10. Recording Consent

Some sessions may be recorded for internal purposes or for replays. By participating in the program, I consent to being recorded where applicable. Recordings will never be shared publicly without explicit written consent.
