What to expect?

The theme of the ceremony will be cycles: the most natural process of our experience, birth, life, death, rebirth.

Alice (founder of The Alchemy & Wild Women Retreats) will guide us on a meditative embodiment journey symbolic of the full moon phase of the lunar cycles & her corresponding feminine archetype - the mother) through gentle meditative movement & breathing you will come to regulate your nervous system, drop deeply into your body & heart, connecting with your authentic feminine essence in a healing, nurturing & most nourishing way.

Following the somatic journey by Alice, Prudence, founder of Earth Altering will guide us alltogether to co-create an altar

The intention behind this Earth Altar practice is to help you deepen your connection with yourself, each other, the Earth and discover your own rituals, offerings and teachings that fit into your life and your personal environment to help you connect deeply with yourself to figure out what it is you need in the present moment, come up with your own unique way to support yourself, come back to your centre, honour the earthly elements within and around you, inspire you to activate your intuition and tap into your unique creativity.

Following we will move into a journalling practice reflecting of releasing that which we are letting go with this cycle of ending. And create space for the new that awaits us on the other side of this powerful healing.
