I've been where you've been sis,
I have walked most of my life dictated by the world outside of me.
I was devoted to fitting a mould the world told me was the right one. How can that be true when no one else has or ever will share the same fingerprints I have at my tips?
Essentially, this mould, the right way to be, act, look, love, and feel is innately doomed from its inception. How could I strive to be something for someone, for society, and the world around me, that is so far removed from me from the beginning?
Years and years of my life were committed to anything other than Alice May. I went from codependent relationship to codependent relationship, that always ended the same way
I partied for days straight. I had no boundaries or the ability to say no. I was stuck in the same limiting, boring thought patterns:
Who do I have to be to get them to choose me?
How much do I have to weigh for them to accept me?
What do I have to change to get him to want me?
And then one day I made a decision, I was going to spend a year marrying myself, and becoming the version of MEÂ I was seeking outside of myself.

I'm Alice May. Since I transitioned from chasing the Samantha Jones dream in New York, I have stepped into my lifeâs purpose and greatest passion as an empowerment mentor.
I have lived and travelled all over the world, running online programs and in-person retreats for women and men across the earth to guide them back home to themselves and experience a life filled with connection, intimacy, love and inspiration.
Guiding these spaces is not work for me. Itâs my life. Itâs my home.
